While the outside is built to withstand the always changing Eastern Ontario climate, inside the high ceiling creates a spacious feel, while stylish and quality finishings provide your home with a cozy ambiance. Your tiny house can be built for off-grid living and/or can accommodate residential services (plumbing, power,sewage).

At 500 sqft this is our large park model tiny home. This model can sleep up to 5 and includes a large full bathroom, Full kitchen as well as separate living and dining areas.
Available optional accessories also include fold-away dining surface and built-in entertainment centre. Unique storage solutions can also be applied through fold-down cabinetry built into coffered ceiling. Ask us about special features.

Prices for office suites, cabins, or any recreational structure (without plumbing, electrical or Cabinetry) to be placed on a trailer or client's property start at $175/sqft. Any Home Improvement projects start at $175/sqft.

The prices listed above do not include, Lot/Property, Connection to the primary or city services, Major upgrades, Survey, Permit Fees, Variance Fees (if applicable), Legal Services, or the cost of moving the completed home to its destination (if applicable).
